Turkey 2026 AGS Exam Venue Announcement Date; When Will the Entry Card Be Released?

Change in Exam Schedule Due to NATO Summit One of the most important points candidates should note is the change in the initial exam calendar. The AGS exam was originally scheduled to be held on July 12, 2026. However, due to the NATO Leaders' Summit in Ankara and extensive security measures across the country, the Turkish Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) decided to postpone this exam by two weeks [4]. According to the official announcement by Professor Bayram Ali Ersoy, President of ÖSYM, the new date for the exam has been set for July 26, 2026 [5].

Expected Release Date of the Entry Card ÖSYM usually releases entry cards about 10 days before the exam date. Given that the exam will be held on July 26, it is predicted that candidates will be able to view their exam venues by accessing the Candidate Operations System (AİS) starting from July 16, 2026 (Thursday) [2]. These cards will include vital information such as the city name, building, seat number, and the candidate's photo.

How to Receive the Card and Exam Day Details To receive the entry card, candidates must visit the internet address ais.osym.gov.tr and log into the system using their National ID Number (T.C. Kimlik Numarası) and password [3]. It is worth noting that bringing a printed copy of this card along with a valid ID card on the day of the exam is mandatory.

The 2026 AGS exam will be held in two sessions:
- First Session (AGS): 10:15 AM on Sunday, July 26.

Candidates must be present at the exam center at least one hour before the start of the exam, as the doors of the centers will close exactly 15 minutes before the exam starts, and no candidate will be allowed to enter after that [1].
