The educational and cultural program for Kazakhstani teachers in Muğla, Turkey, successfully concluded with an official certificate ceremony and recognition of participants as part of an international educational cooperation project.

Successful Completion of the Training Course in Muğla On July 11, 2026, a special ceremony was held in Muğla to award certificates to Kazakhstani teachers. This ceremony marked the end of an intensive training course designed to enhance teaching skills and familiarize participants with the Turkish education system [1]. Thirteen selected teachers from Kazakhstan who participated in this program are now prepared to transfer their acquired experiences back to their home country after receiving their official documents.

Details of the "I Learn Turkish, I Go to Turkey" Project This training program was implemented under the project titled "I Learn Turkish, I Go to Turkey" (Türkçe Öğreniyorum, Türkiye'ye Gidiyorum). The initiative was organized through the coordination of the Ministry of National Education's General Directorate of Higher Education and Foreign Education, in cooperation with the Education Attaché of the Turkish Consulate General in Almaty [2]. The primary goal of this project is to strengthen Turkish language proficiency and build communication bridges between teachers from Turkic-speaking countries to improve educational standards in the region.

Cultural Exchanges and Field Visits in Muğla During their stay in Muğla, the Kazakhstani teachers followed a very diverse program. In addition to attending educational workshops, they visited various educational institutions across the city and exchanged ideas with their Turkish counterparts [2]. These visits allowed the teachers to observe modern teaching methods and classroom management firsthand. Beyond the academic aspects, cultural programs were also included to introduce the guests to the history and beautiful nature of the Muğla region, playing a significant role in strengthening friendly ties.

Importance of International Educational Cooperation Organizing such courses is part of Turkey's broader strategy to expand educational diplomacy. The Ministry of National Education has previously held extensive orientation courses for teachers active abroad to increase their readiness for international missions [3]. The success of this course in Muğla paves the way for broader cooperation between Turkey and Kazakhstan in scientific and cultural fields, demonstrating both countries' commitment to developing human resources in the education sector.

Kazakhstani teachers received official certificates at the end of their training course in Muğla.
